"When my wife and I first decided to list our Port Liberté property it was based on our decision to move to the suburbs at some point in the future.  We did not really have a timeline of events, but rather just a desire to test the market.  We reviewed all the realtor options and decided to go with an agent other than Century 21 Viewpoint Realty.  The first six months went by with somewhat regular showings but no offers.  We decided to renew the contract for another six months as our circumstances remained unchanged.  The next six months passed with even fewer regular showings and eventually received an offer toward the end of the period, however that offer was subsequently reversed.  Coincidently, I received a job offer that required a relocation and the contract with my former agent was to expire within a week.
